The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10 Pressure Regulator (GR40010LF1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR series is a pure air pressure regulator: it regulates downstream pressure only, with no filter, no bowl and no lubricator. This GR400-10 configuration is the 400 size with 3/8 in. PT ports in the L low-pressure type, which regulates up to 0.4 MPa instead of the standard range, and it carries a square gauge with an MPa scale (F1). The mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -20 to 70 C.
GR400-10LF1 is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series regulator family runs from size 200 to 600 with PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and a reverse/check valve option; GR pressure loss is low. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

| Pressure gauge | Fitted — square, MPa scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Regulate the air loading on nip or feed rollers on a converting or printing machine, where a low, repeatable setpoint is read directly off the square gauge.
Feed a low-pressure regulated drop to paint prep and spraying stations in a body shop, with the setpoint visible on the regulator's own gauge.
Supply a gentle, steady regulated air feed for purge or cooling jets along a conveyor line that runs well below full line pressure.
Choose the L low-pressure type when your setpoint sits below 0.4 MPa; the standard GR400-10 covers 0.05-0.9 MPa if you need higher settings. This unit has a 3/8 in. PT port, includes the mounting bracket, and shows the setpoint on a square MPa-scale gauge; a round gauge or psi/bar scales are alternative order codes. AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR400 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your inlet pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow for this size on request.
Both are low-pressure 400-size regulators for 3/8 in. PT ports with a bracket included and an MPa gauge. F1 fits the square gauge while C1 fits the external round gauge, so the choice is simply the dial style you prefer.
