The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-15 Pressure Regulator (GR40015F1K) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR40015F1K is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in size 400 with a 1/2 in PT port, for compressed air only. It regulates downstream pressure over 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the K option adds a built-in reverse (check) valve so downstream pressure is held rather than venting back through the unit if upstream supply drops. A square gauge on the MPa scale shows the set pressure. It is a regulator only - no filter, bowl or lubricator.
The G series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in; GR options include G (BSPP) or NPT threads, psi or bar gauge scales, a low-pressure type, and panel mounting with optional bracket. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing) and GR pressure loss is low by catalogue. Flow appears in the catalogue as curves, so we confirm datasheet figures and sizing on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Keep clamp cylinders at set pressure if the upstream air supply is interrupted, using the built-in check valve to block back-flow through the regulator.
Regulate the air feeding stoppers, lifts and diverters on a conveyor system, with the check valve holding position-related pressure between cycles.
Set working pressure for counterbalance and support cylinders on a press fixture where back-flow through the supply line must be prevented.
This is the same size 400, 1/2 in PT regulator as GR40015F1 but with the K suffix specifying the reverse (check) valve - choose it for circuits where downstream pressure must be retained on supply loss. Gauge alternatives are F2 (psi) or F3 (bar), thread alternatives are G (BSPP) or NPT, and J removes the bracket. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm the curve for this size against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
We do not state a rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes regulator performance as curves, not as a single rating. The flow curves and datasheet for this size 400, 1/2 in PT unit are confirmed on request - share your downstream demand and we will verify the sizing with you before you order.
K specifies a built-in reverse (check) valve. It lets downstream pressure hold instead of escaping back through the regulator when upstream supply is removed, which suits clamp, hold and counterbalance circuits. The otherwise identical unit without the valve is ordered as GR40015F1.
