The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-15 Pressure Regulator (GR40015F3) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
GR40015F3 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in size 400 with a 1/2 in PT port, for compressed air only. It regulates downstream pressure with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) against a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This version carries a square gauge reading in bar, so operators working to bar-based specifications can set and check pressure directly. It is a regulator only - no filtration, no bowl and no lubrication.
The G series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in. GR options include G (BSPP) or NPT threads, MPa or psi gauge scales, a low-pressure type, a reverse (check) valve, and panel mounting with optional bracket. Operating temperature is -20 to 70 C (non-freezing) and pressure loss is low by catalogue. Flow data is published as curves, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |

| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a fixed, readable supply pressure for spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a finishing booth, read directly in bar at the unit.
Regulate compressed air to bench-top test rigs and lab apparatus where procedures specify pressure in bar and repeatability of the set point matters.
Regulate the shop-air feed to loading-dock levellers, doors and trailer test stands fed from the plant's 1/2 in distribution drops.
Size 400 with a 1/2 in PT port fits mid-range G-series pipework; choose size 300 or 600 if your ports and flow demand differ. This code's F3 suffix specifies the square gauge on the bar scale - switch to F1 (MPa) or F2 (psi) if your plant reads in those units. Thread alternatives are G (BSPP) or NPT, and the J suffix deletes the bracket. AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than one rated number, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
None is quoted as a single rating, because AirTAC publishes regulator flow as performance curves. We confirm the curves and datasheet for this size 400, 1/2 in PT regulator on request - tell us the application and required downstream demand and we will check the curve with you before ordering.
F3 selects the square gauge with a bar scale, so set pressure is read in bar. Order F1 for an MPa scale or F2 for psi if those match your plant's instruments, or N to delete the gauge. The regulator's 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range is the same in every gauge version.
