The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-15 Pressure Regulator (GR40015LN) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT1/2" ports, ordered without a gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR40015LN is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds a stable downstream air pressure only - no filtration, no bowl, no lubrication. It is the low-pressure (L) type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, for circuits that run below normal plant pressure. The 400 size gives a PT1/2 port as the standard thread (PT, BS 21 taper), with a mounting bracket included and no pressure gauge fitted (N).
It is a genuine AirTAC part from the GR400 size family, which steps up in port and flow capacity across the range. Standard-type GR regulators, gauge options and G/NPT thread variants are available if you need a different build. AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures against your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Powder spray guns and their fluidizing hoppers run on gentle, steady air. This low-pressure regulator on the booth's half-inch supply line, panel- or bracket-mounted at the booth, holds the delivery pressure the powder recipe needs.
Loom and winding-machine air jets are sensitive to pressure swings. Fitted at the machine entry with its included bracket, this regulator keeps the jet pressure even so yarn handling stays consistent.
Pneumatically piloted valves and positioners take a reduced pilot supply from a branch off the main header. This half-inch regulator holds the pilot pressure steady so the control valve responds consistently.
Take the 400 size / PT1/2 port when your header is piped half inch; other GR400 port sizes exist for different flow needs. This L-type regulates up to 0.4 MPa - for the full 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range use the standard GR400 code. The bracket is included here; the gauge is not (N), so if you want a set-point indication, choose a GR400 code with the embedded square gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale) or an external round gauge. Thread is PT standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one flow number. Give us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
The N in the code means no pressure gauge is fitted. Other GR400 codes carry either the embedded square gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale) or an optional external round gauge. If you need a visible set point at this half-inch low-pressure spec, we can help you pick the right gauged variant.
