The AirTAC AirTAC GR600-20 Pressure Regulator (GR60020C1) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/4" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR60020C1 is a genuine AirTAC G-series air pressure regulator in the largest size 600 body with a 3/4 in PT port. It reduces compressed-air supply pressure to a stable working pressure you set anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration is the standard type fitted with an external round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, so the downstream setting is directly readable at the unit.
AirTAC builds the GR series in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, so you can step port size and flow capacity to the line you are feeding. Options across the family include G (BSPP) and NPT threads, a square embedded gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type limited to 0.4 MPa, and a reverse/check valve version. Pressure regulators have no filter element or drain bowl; this is regulation only. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Fixing bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable working pressure on 3/4 in branch lines feeding impact wrenches, pneumatic clamps and air-balanced tool balancers along an assembly line.
Regulate supply pressure to carton closers, case packers and conveyor stop-gate cylinders on a packaging line where actuator speed must stay repeatable.
Feed pneumatic vises, clamps and chip-blow-off circuits on CNC machining centres from a plant air header at a controlled, readable pressure.
Size 600 with the 3/4 in port is the largest GR step, intended for main air drops and high-consumption headers; if your line sits between sizes, match the port to your piping and let us confirm flow against the curves. The C1 code gives you the external round gauge with an MPa scale - choose the C3 bar-scale version if your team works in bar. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options you order instead. Brackets are optional and the GR also panel-mounts.
Before ordering, send us your operating pressure and consumption profile: flow for the GR600 is published as pressure-drop curves, not a single rated number, and we will confirm sizing from the AirTAC datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR600 flow performance as pressure-drop curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Share your line pressure and consumption requirements and we will confirm the flow data from the AirTAC datasheet on request before you order.
It decodes the gauge: C is the external round pressure gauge and 1 is the MPa scale. If you prefer bar, the C3 variant carries the same 3/4 in PT port and 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range with a round gauge scaled in bar.
