The AirTAC AirTAC GR30015JF2TK Air Regulator NPT1/2, psi gauge is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT1/2" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR30015JF2TK is a genuine AirTAC air pressure regulator from the GR300 series, sized for a 1/2 in NPT port. It is a regulation-only unit: it steps the compressed-air supply down to a stable working pressure you set anywhere in its 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). This configuration carries the embedded square gauge reading in psi, and the K code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. It is the standard (non low-pressure) type, is supplied without a mounting bracket (the GR body is also panel-mountable), and operates in temperatures from -20 to 70 C - a wider window than the rest of the G family.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR series spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) covering ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, with optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type, and a reverse-valve option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR300 | G-series pressure regulator, 300 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set a stable clamp pressure for a bench-mounted pneumatic press: the regulator holds the working pressure to the cylinders while the fitted check valve keeps the circuit from venting if the main supply drops.
Feed the seal and pick-and-place cylinders of a packaging line at a fixed, repeatable pressure, with the psi gauge letting operators verify the setting at a glance during changeover.
Regulate the supply to conveyor diverters, stoppers and gate cylinders so sorting stations actuate consistently, with panel mounting keeping the unit accessible at the control cabinet.
Pick the GR size and port by the air your circuit actually passes: step up from 300 to 400 or 600 when the line feeds higher-consumption cylinders or more branches, and match the port to your piping (here 1/2 in NPT; PT is the catalogue standard with G and NPT as order options). Choose the gauge scale to suit the operators - psi here, with MPa or bar available - and specify the K code when a check valve is wanted to hold downstream pressure. The GR is panel-mountable, and a bracket can be ordered where the J (no bracket) code is not what you need. Because regulator flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your line pressure, set pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The reflux valve lets air flow back through the regulator, which is useful when downstream volume must vent quickly. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so there is no one figure we can honestly quote. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
J means no mounting bracket is supplied (the GR body is also panel-mountable), F2 means the embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are available), and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost.
