The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10G Air Pressure Regulator, G3/8 (PT std) is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The AirTAC GR400 is a compressed-air pressure regulator: it reduces and holds a steady downstream pressure from a variable supply line. This configuration carries a G3/8 (BSPP) port on the 400 size frame, is the standard (not low-pressure) type, and ships with the embedded square pressure gauge scaled in psi. It is ordered without a mounting bracket; GR bodies are also panel-mountable. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature is -20 to 70 C.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, optional G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, a low-pressure type (L) rated up to 0.4 MPa, and an optional reverse/check valve (K). AirTAC publishes flow only as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Standard type — 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Set and hold a stable supply pressure to the cylinders that drive carton forming, sealing and ejection stations on a packaging line, so each stroke runs at a consistent setpoint shift after shift.
Regulate the shop-air feed into a machining centre's pneumatic circuit - tool-change cylinders, clamping and chip-clearing jets - protecting downstream valves from supply-pressure swings.
Feed pick-and-place gripper circuits on an assembly line through a dedicated regulator, letting each station keep its own setpoint independent of the main header pressure.
Choose the GR size by the port and flow demand of your line: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port size from 1/8 to 1 inch, and the 400 size with a 3/8 port sits in the middle of that range. Because AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves rather than a single rating, send us your required flow and we will confirm the right size before you order. Other real choices on this family: gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is psi), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are orderable options), the low-pressure L type if your setpoint stays at or below 0.4 MPa, the K option for a built-in reverse/check valve, and whether to include a mounting bracket (this code is ordered without one).
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes regulator flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
For this GR400-10G: J means no mounting bracket is included (GR is also panel-mountable), F is the embedded square gauge, 2 sets the gauge scale to psi, and G specifies a G (BSPP) thread form - PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available as order options.
