The AirTAC AirTAC GR400-10T Low-Pressure Air Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series air pressure regulator. It holds a stable downstream pressure over the range 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi) with PT3/8" ports, and ships with a pressure gauge. A regulator does not filter the air — put a GF filter upstream, or use a GFR filter regulator, when water and particulate must also be removed.
The GR400-10T is an AirTAC GR-series air pressure regulator: its single job is holding downstream air pressure steady from a compressed-air supply. This 400-size unit is the low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa, with a 3/8 in NPT port and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. It is supplied without a mounting bracket, and the GR body can also be panel-mounted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GR line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge and scale choices, G/NPT thread options and bracket or panel mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

| Pressure type | Low-pressure type |
| Bracket | Supplied without bracket |
| Fluid | Compressed air |
|---|---|
| Max. working pressure | 1.0 MPa (145 psi) |
| Temperature range | -20 to +70 °C |
| Pressure gauge | Fitted — round, bar scale |
| Reflux valve | Not fitted |
| Mounting | Panel mounting; optional fixing bracket |
Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. Note the GR temperature range is -20 to +70 °C, wider than the other G-series units. A regulator has no bowl and no filter element, so there is no filtering grade. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GR400 | G-series pressure regulator, 400 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 10 | Port size PT3/8". This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| L | Low-pressure type — 0.05 - 0.4 MPa (7 - 58 psi). Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, type, bracket, gauge, gauge shape, scale, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GR300-08LNK is a 300 body, PT1/4", low-pressure type, no gauge, with reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom rather than from a single rated figure.

Feeds regulated low-pressure air to spray guns and atomizing air lines in a finishing booth, where the painter sets a gentle, repeatable pressure well below the main line setting.
Supplies bench-top analytical instruments and test rigs that need a calm, low-pressure air feed decoupled from swings in the workshop compressor header.
Provides the low-pressure pilot air that positions large diaphragm actuators on a treatment plant valve skid, keeping the pilot circuit isolated from the higher main supply.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 as your port and flow requirement grows; this unit is 400 size with a 3/8 in NPT port. This is the L low-pressure type, adjustable up to 0.4 MPa - choose the standard GR if your circuit needs up to 0.9 MPa. The fitted round gauge reads in bar; MPa and psi scales are order options, and an embedded square gauge is the alternative style. Thread here is NPT, with PT as the standard and G (BSPP) available to order. The bracket is omitted (J code), and GR is also panel-mountable. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
Without a reflux valve, air cannot flow back through the regulator — order the K option if reverse flow is required. A regulator does not remove water or particulate; that is the filter's job.
AirTAC publishes GR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected consumption, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure type, whose adjustment range tops out at 0.4 MPa. If your circuit needs up to 0.9 MPa, order the standard GR400 in the same size and port instead - the rest of the decode (NPT thread, round bar gauge, no bracket) stays the same.
