Installation protocol:
Mount on ISO 5599/1 compliant manifold using M5 mounting screws (2.5Nm torque limit).
Maintain ≥15mm clearance from adjacent valves for heat dissipation.
Always install downstream air filter regulator (F.R.L. unit) with 40μm filtration.
Critical note:
For AC voltage models, maximum allowable continuous energization time is 85% duty cycle.
Use surge suppressor (VDR/Zener diode) when controlling via PLC outputs.
