The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL16X10SAF is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 16 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 151 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
A slide-table cylinder combines an air cylinder with a linear guide so the moving table travels in a straight path. This HLSL16X10SAF is a symmetrical cross-roller slide table with a 16 mm bore and 10 mm stroke, fitted with an adjustable rubber stopper on the retraction side only. The cross-roller guide offers high precision and rigidity with low deflection. Dual rods double the thrust, and a floating joint prevents side torque on the rod for smooth operation.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The magnet is standard, and magnetic-switch slots on the body accept CMSH, DMSH, and EMSH sensor switches. We verify thrust, dimensions, and load-moment data from the datasheet or on-page table on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
The 16 mm bore provides more thrust than smaller bores while maintaining the cross-roller precision of the HLS family. The symmetrical HLSL design suits balanced or centered installations. On this model the adjustable rubber stopper is on the retraction side only - choose this when you need fine control of the home position but not the extended end. Port thread is PT. For load, moment, and kinetic energy sizing we reference the published Wmax, Emax, and moment tables and deflection curves.
Ejects finished small parts from a fixture with a precisely set retraction stop so the ejector clears the tooling every cycle.
Returns a small pressing head to a defined home position using the retraction-side rubber stopper for consistent cycle starts.
Retracts a clamping jaw to a repeatable home position so a robot can safely load the next workpiece into the fixture.
The A code adds adjustable rubber stoppers at both extension and retraction ends. The AF code places the adjustable rubber stopper on the retraction side only, giving you fine control of the home position while the extension end uses the standard bumper. Choose AF when only the retract position needs adjustment.
Operating pressure is 0.15 to 0.7 MPa (22 to 100 psi) for this bore, with a maximum working pressure of 0.7 MPa (100 psi). Temperature range is -20 to 70 C, speed 50 to 500 mm/s, and the air supply should be filtered to 40 um.
