The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL16X125SBS is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 16 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 151 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL16X125SBS is a symmetrical cross-roller slide-table cylinder with a 16 mm bore and 125 mm stroke. The cross-roller guide integrates with the dual-rod air cylinder for precise straight-line travel with high rigidity and low deflection. The floating joint prevents side torque from loading the rods. This model fits a shock absorber on the extension side to cushion end-of-stroke impact on the forward motion.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The magnet is standard for position sensing using CMSH, DMSH, or EMSH switches in the body's magnetic-switch slots. We verify thrust, dimensions, and allowable load and moment from the AirTAC datasheet or on-page spec table on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Bore 16 gives higher thrust than smaller bores in the HLS series, suitable when a long 125 mm stroke must carry a workpiece with minimal deflection. The HLSL symmetrical body suits mirrored or center-mounted installations. The BS adjuster places a shock absorber on the extension side only; choose B for both ends or BF for retraction side. Thread is PT. Allowable load, moment, and deflection curves are published in the datasheet - route sizing to us for confirmation.
Cross-roller precision over 125 mm stroke with extension-side shock absorption for pick-and-place heads where the forward end-of-stroke needs soft cushioning.
The symmetrical body mounts on either side for parts transfer between stations where mirror-image installation is required.
Positions a workpiece platform along an assembly stage with rigid dual-rod thrust and cross-roller straightness across the full 125 mm stroke.
BS places the shock absorber on the extension side only, cushioning the forward end-of-stroke. BF would place it on the retraction side, and B would fit absorbers on both ends. Bore 6 does not support any shock-absorber option.
Speed range is 50-500 mm/s with meter-out speed control. Operating pressure for bore 16 is 0.15-0.7 MPa (22-100 psi), and maximum working pressure is 0.7 MPa (100 psi). Never exceed 0.7 MPa.
