The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL16X20SAS is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 16 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 151 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The AirTAC HLSL16X20SAS is a symmetrical cross-roller slide-table cylinder that integrates an air cylinder with a high-precision linear guide, giving straight, low-deflection table travel. Its dual-rod double-acting design doubles the thrust of a single-rod unit, and a floating joint protects the rod from side torque. At bore 16 mm and stroke 20 mm it suits compact guided stages needing cross-roller rigidity and symmetrical mounting.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. A magnet is standard, and the body has magnetic-switch slots for CMSH, DMSH or EMSH sensors. We confirm the exact thrust, dimensions and allowable load/moment for this model from the datasheet or on-page spec table on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Bore 16 mm offers a moderate thrust increase over the smaller bores; pick a larger bore only if your stage needs more push. The HLS cross-roller guide is the choice when precision, rigidity and load capacity outweigh HLQ's anti-rust/dust-proofing, HLF's low height, or HLH's precision straightness. Keep the stroke inside the bore's published stroke table.
The AS adjuster adds an adjustable rubber stopper on the extension side only, for softer end cushioning where the working stroke ends. A places stoppers on both ends, AF on the retraction side only; B variants use shock absorbers and are not offered on bore 6. Thread is PT standard; order G or T for other fitting standards. Route load, moment and deflection sizing to us - these are published as tables and curves.
A 20 mm extension stroke on a cross-roller guide carries a small suction head to a part with a controlled rubber stopper at full advance.
The dual-rod symmetrical stage presents a feed stop at a precise extended position, then retracts to clear the line for the next cycle.
Cross-roller rigidity and a tunable extension-side rubber stopper let a 16 mm bore positioner set a repeatable workpiece stop point.
AS means an adjustable rubber stopper is fitted on the extension side only. A fits stoppers on both ends, AF on the retraction side only; B variants use shock absorbers and are not offered on bore 6.
Speed is 50-500 mm/s using meter-out flow control. For bore 16 the operating pressure range is 0.15-0.7 MPa (22-100 psi), with a maximum working pressure of 0.7 MPa. Use air filtered to 40 um.
