The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL25X125SBF is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 25 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 378 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL25X125SBF is a symmetrical cross-roller slide table cylinder: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller linear guide so the moving table travels straight with low deflection. The two rods give higher thrust than a single rod of the same bore, while the floating joint isolates the rods from side torque. With a 25mm bore and 125mm stroke it handles longer, heavier precision moves, and the symmetrical body mounts identically from either side.
This is a genuine AirTAC part; the magnet is fitted as standard, so CMSH, DMSH or EMSH switch models click into the body slots for sensing. Code BF fits a shock absorber on the retraction side in addition to the bumpers, and the port thread is PT. We confirm exact thrust, dimensions and load/moment ratings from the datasheet or the on-page table on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Bore 25 is the strongest option in the HLS bore range, so select it when the move needs the most push - the verified 0.5 MPa thrust for this model is in the on-page spec table. Stay with HLS/HLSL cross-roller for precision and rigidity; choose HLQ for anti-rust, dust-proof ball-bearing service, HLH for miniature straightness, or HLF for reduced height. Stroke 125 is within the bore-25 published stroke table; confirm load and moment from the published tables or ask us. This version is adjuster code BF (shock absorber, retraction side) with a PT port thread.
The dual rods double the push for downward moves, and the retraction-side shock absorber cushions the return stroke of a vertical pick cycle.
Straight cross-roller travel positions a dispense nozzle or probe over the target, with the decelerated retract protecting fluid lines from jerk.
Used as a precise stopper or flip station, the slide retracts smoothly against the retraction-side shock absorber while holding part alignment.
BF means a shock absorber is fitted on the retraction side only (F for the retracted, or 'from' side). B alone would mean both ends, BS the extension side only, and A-type codes the adjustable rubber stopper equivalents. Shock-absorber codes are not offered on bore 6.
The working speed range is 50-500 mm/s. Meter-out control is recommended for stable table motion, and the retraction-side shock absorber on this model smooths deceleration at the retracted end within that speed range.
