The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL25X30SAF is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 25 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 378 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL25X30SAF is a symmetrical cross-roller slide-table cylinder: an air cylinder and precision linear guide in one body, with dual rods doubling the push and a floating joint that keeps side torque away from the rods. The AF code means an adjustable rubber stopper is fitted on the retraction side only, damping the return end of the 30 mm stroke while the extension end uses the standard bumper. The 25 mm bore sits at the top of the series thrust range.
This is a genuine AirTAC part, magnet-fitted as standard, with slots ready for CMSH, DMSH or EMSH sensor switches. Exact thrust, dimensions and allowable load and moment values are published in the datasheet and the on-page spec table; ask us and we will confirm the figures that apply to your mounting and load case.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Pick the 25 mm bore when you need more push than the 6 to 20 mm HLSL sizes can offer; the thrust at your working pressure is listed in the on-page table. The HLSL cross-roller guide gives the highest precision and rigidity with low deflection, HLQ adds anti-rust, dust-proof ball bearings, HLH is the miniature roller-ball guide, and HLF is the low-height body. The 30 mm stroke falls within the published bore-25 stroke table. Here AF fits an adjustable rubber stopper on the retraction side only - choose A for both ends, B/BS/BF for shock absorbers (B types not on bore 6), or no letter for basic bumpers. PT ports are standard with G and NPT optional. Send us your load and moment data and we will verify it against the published tables and curves.
Parts are pushed out under full speed and returned gently against the retraction-side rubber stopper, so the workpiece settles instead of rebounding at the home position.
The cross-roller guide keeps the gripper path straight with low deflection, while the tuned retraction stopper protects delicate parts as the table returns to pick.
The table extends to stop or eject a part on a line and retracts against a cushioned stop, with the standard magnet and an EMSH switch confirming ready position.
AF means an adjustable rubber stopper on the retraction side only, so the return end of the 30 mm stroke is cushioned and tunable while the extension end has the standard bumper. If you need cushioning at both ends choose A, or B for shock absorbers both ends; BS and BF are the single-side shock-absorber versions.
On the 25 mm bore, work between 0.15-0.7 MPa (22-100 psi) - never above the 0.7 MPa maximum - with air filtered to 40 um, at -20 to 70 C and 50-500 mm/s using meter-out control. Allowable load, moment and kinetic energy are not one-size numbers; they come from the published Wmax/Emax tables and we will confirm them for your application.
