The AirTAC Airtac HLSL Precision Slide Table Cylinder HLSL25X30SB is a genuine HLS slide-table cylinder, 25 mm bore: a double-acting dual-rod air cylinder integrated with a cross-roller guide so the table travels straight with high rigidity and low deflection. It delivers about 378 N of push at 0.5 MPa. This is the symmetrical version. A floating joint spares the rod from side torque; the magnet is fitted as standard.
The HLSL25X30SB is the symmetrical cross-roller slide table of the AirTAC HL line: a double-acting dual-rod cylinder with an integrated cross-roller guide that keeps the table travelling straight and true. Both table faces accept the workpiece and the body mounts three ways. Two pistons give the highest thrust available in this series, and the floating joint absorbs side torque so the rods stay free of bending loads. The B suffix adds shock absorbers on both ends, decelerating the table at each end of the 30 mm stroke.
This is a genuine AirTAC part and the position magnet is fitted as standard, so CMSH, DMSH or EMSH switches can be mounted in the body slots for position sensing. Supply air filtered to 40 um; working range for this bore is 0.15-0.7 MPa (22-100 psi), proof pressure 1.2 MPa (175 psi). Exact thrust, dimensions and load-moment ratings come from the datasheet or on-page table and we will confirm them on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC HL slide-table data. Max working pressure is 0.7 MPa. The table rides on an integrated linear guide — do not apply strong impact or large moment. Allowable load and moment are published as tables and curves, and overall dimensions vary per stroke — ask us and we confirm from the datasheet.
Bore 25 delivers the most push of any HLSL bore, so step up to it when a smaller size feels underpowered; the exact thrust figure for this model is in the spec table. Stroke 30 mm is within the published range for this bore. Choose HLSL over HLQ when you need cross-roller rigidity rather than the ball-bearing guide's anti-rust, dust-proof character, and over HLH or HLF when their miniature or low-height formats are not required.
The B adjuster puts a shock absorber at each end, useful when the load is carried at speed into both stops; AS covers extension only, BF retraction only, and A-type rubber stoppers are the adjustable option. Ports are 1/8 inch on this bore, PT thread standard, with G and NPT via the thread suffix. For sizing, send us the load, overhang and moment figures and we will check them against the published tables and deflection curves.
Transfers a gripper between pick and place positions with both-end shock absorbers smoothing deceleration at each stop; the cross-roller guide holds the gripper path straight under load.
Halts parts on a conveyor at a repeatable position; the dual-rod table resists rotation of the stop blade and the retraction-side shock absorber softens each return to home.
Traverses a small gripper between two work stations on the 30 mm stroke; symmetrical table faces ease fixture design, and shock absorbers at both ends protect the tooling from hard stops.
S indicates the position magnet, and on this series it is fitted as standard on every cylinder, not an option you add or delete. That means CMSH, DMSH or EMSH sensor switches can be clamped directly into the slots on the body to signal extend and retract positions.
Allowable load, moment and kinetic energy are published as tables and deflection curves rather than one fixed number, and they depend on the load's position and orientation. Send us your workpiece weight, overhang and speed and we will verify the application against the datasheet figures.
