JCK Heavy-duty Welding Clamp Cylinder

Patented crank-slider mechanism (constructed with high-strength, wear-resistant materials): a) Ensures structural stability and generates exceptional clamping force with minimal air pressure through high mechanical efficiency. b) Integrated self-locking mechanism maintains clamping force even during air supply interruption.
2. DIN-compliant four-side mounting configuration for flexible installation options.

Use M8 grade 8.8 mounting bolts (torque 22-25Nm). Maintain 0.5mm minimum
alignment tolerance between rod and load. For welding environments,

50,000 cycles with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.

Requires 5-10μm filtered air with automatic drain. Never exceed
120% rated pressure during impact operations. Annual rod straightness
inspection mandatory in high-cycle applications.
