JCK Heavy-duty Welding Clamp Cylinder

Installation guidelines:
Use heat-resistant mounting brackets (≥3mm steel recommended) when exposed to
continuous temperatures above 80℃. Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance between
magnetic sensor and cylinder body during alignment. Apply anti-seize compound
(copper-based) on piston rod threads for frequent disassembly applications.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration with water separator in plasma cutting environments.
Replace wiper seals every 500,000 cycles when used in metal grinding areas.
Never use silicone-based lubricants near welding arcs.
