Installation protocol:
Use M8 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher) with 25-30N·m torque.
Maintain 0.3-1.0MPa air pressure with 40μm filtration. Lubricate with
ISO VG32 turbine oil if using non-lubricated air supply.
Critical note:
Avoid lateral loads exceeding 30N. For vertical mounting,
install mechanical lock nut (ASNU-40 accessory recommended)
to prevent piston rod slippage under vibration.
