JCK Heavy-duty Welding Clamp Cylinder

Patented crank-slider mechanism (constructed with high-strength, wear-resistant materials): a) Ensures structural stability and generates exceptional clamping force with minimal air pressure through high mechanical efficiency. b) Integrated self-locking mechanism maintains clamping force even during air supply interruption.

Requires heat-resistant mounting hardware (Grade 8.8 or higher). Maintain 0.5mm minimum clearance between cylinder body and welding spatter sources. Pre-lubricate with MIL-PRF-6083 grease before initial use. Replace wear bands every 500,000 cycles in continuous operation.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Always install downstream of 5μm filtration with automatic drain. Locking mechanism requires 0.7MPa minimum pressure for secure engagement.
