Installation guidelines: Maintain 0.1-0.3mm clearance between clamp jaws and cylinder rod. Apply high-temperature grease (≥200℃ rating) to guide rods monthly. Use copper-based anti-seize compound on mounting threads.
Critical note: Not compatible with phosphate ester fluids. Minimum 1.5x stroke distance required from welding arc. Mandatory air dryer when ambient humidity exceeds 70% RH.
