Description
JCK Heavy-duty Welding Clamp Cylinder
1. Patented crank-slider mechanism (constructed with high-strength, wear-resistant materials): a) Ensures structural stability and generates exceptional clamping force with minimal air pressure through high mechanical efficiency. b) Integrated self-locking mechanism maintains clamping force even during air supply interruption.
2. DIN-compliant four-side mounting configuration for flexible installation options.
3. Monolithic design integrating clamping mechanism with pneumatic cylinder for enhanced structural integrity.
4. Specially engineered sensor bracket with anti-spatter design and ±15° adjustable angles, featuring anti-interference shielding for stable signal transmission.
5. Space-efficient oval-shaped cylinder housing optimizes equipment layout in confined spaces.
6. Modular clamp arms (AM1/AM2/AM3/AM4) with R/C/L variants (radial/vertical/lateral orientations) adapt to diverse operational demands.
7. Tool-free opening angle adjustment via replacement of adjustment screws (15°-180° range).

Industrial-grade welding clamp cylinder engineered for high rigidity in extreme manufacturing environments. Features a unique multi-layer welded structure that withstands 3x higher lateral loads compared to standard cylinders. The integrated heat-resistant coating (500°C/930°F intermittent exposure rating) prevents weld spatter adhesion. Dual guide rods ensure parallel clamping force distribution.

Primary Applications:
  • Robotic welding fixture systems in automotive assembly
  • Forging press die clamping mechanisms
  • Heavy-part positioning in shipbuilding jigs
  • High-temperature furnace door sealing systems
  • CNC plasma cutting table workholding
Installation guidelines: Use M10 grade 10.9 mounting bolts with lock washers. Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between clamp arm and cylinder body for thermal expansion. Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil through built-in grease nipples every 50,000 cycles. Avoid angular misalignment exceeding 0.5° during mounting.
Special note: Requires 5μm filtered air supply with automatic drain. When used in welding cells, install protective boot (accessory code: JCK-SHIELD50) to prevent slag ingress. Magnetic switch cables must be routed separately from welding leads to avoid EMI interference.
