Installation requirements:
Mounting surface flatness ≤0.02mm/m, surface roughness Ra1.6 or better.
Apply 25-30N·m torque for M6 mounting screws using cross-pattern tightening sequence.
Relubricate every 500km travel or 6 months (whichever comes first).
Environmental note:
Use compatible lubricants (ISO VG32-68) and install protective bellows
when operating in particulate-heavy environments. Avoid chemical splash
exposure exceeding pH 5-9 range.
