Installation note:
Requires mounting surface flatness ≤0.01mm/m and parallelism ≤0.02mm.
Use torque wrench (2.5-3.0N·m) for M5 mounting screws. Avoid thermal expansion
by maintaining 20±2℃ during installation. Run-in with 50% speed for initial 2 hours.
