Requires mounting surface flatness ≤0.01mm/m and parallelism ≤0.015mm between rails.
Use 4.9-5.3Nm torque for M6 mounting screws. Maintain ISO 14/13/10 air cleanliness
in operational environment to prevent abrasive contamination.
