Precision crossed roller guide with zero-backlash design, featuring 45° V-groove roller arrangement for equal load distribution. The hardened steel rollers (HRC62±2) run on precisely ground raceways with mirror finish (Ra0.2μm). Includes automatic wear compensation mechanism and vibration-damping polymer end stops.

Installation protocol:
Mount on ground surface with flatness ≤0.01mm/m. Use 4.8-grade mounting screws torqued to 5.5N·m in crisscross pattern. Relubricate every 500km travel or 6 months with 1.5cc grease per rail.
Avoid lateral impact during handling - use nylon slings. Maximum allowable moment: 180N·m (pitch), 120N·m (yaw), 150N·m (roll). Not compatible with magnetic environments above 50mT.
