LRM12L1X345S10AHT is the bottom-mount version of the 345 mm size 12 set: one stainless-steel rail, 12 mm wide, with a single long recirculating-ball carriage. The trailing T means the rail is fixed from beneath, so a designer can tuck the guide under a plate or inside a channel where no fastener head can be allowed on the running face.
