LRM12L1X70S10AH is a complete AirTAC LRM miniature linear guide set: one 12 mm wide stainless-steel rail, cut to 70 mm with a 10 mm end-hole offset, carrying a single long recirculating-ball carriage. The carriage arrives fitted to the rail and pre-filled with grease, ready to bolt down from above through the top-mount holes.
With preload code A the carriage runs free on the raceways, so drag is at its lowest and this is the easiest-running version of the 70 mm configuration - at the cost of a little internal clearance. The balls are ISO 3290 G10 grade, Japanese made, held by the ball-retention design; a double-lip seal scrapes oil and excludes dust, and an outer cover shields the seal strip while hiding the screw holes. Ambient temperature must stay at or below 80 C, with transient peaks no higher than 100 C. Note the geometry: a long carriage occupies much of a 70 mm rail, so effective stroke is short - plan the machine layout around it.
