Installation protocol:
Mount on machined surface with flatness ≤0.01mm/100mm. Use 0.02mm feeler gauge
to check parallelism between rails. Apply initial run-in at 0.5m/s for 30min
before full-load operation. Avoid lateral hammering during assembly.

Maintain ISO 14-13 air cleanliness in workspace. Condensation-resistant
