Installation tip:
Use 0.02mm feeler gauge for parallel alignment verification during mounting.
Apply Loctite 243 to mounting screws (2.5N·m torque limit). Avoid vertical
installation without upward preload adjustment.
Maintenance note:
Relubricate every 6 months using ISO VG10-15 grease. Clean rail surfaces
with non-woven fabric soaked in spindle oil (NO kerosene). Check for
particulate accumulation in wipers monthly.
