Installation note:
Maintain 0.02mm/m alignment tolerance during mounting. Use torque-controlled tightening (1.2N·m max for M4 screws)
and perform parallel grinding on mounting surfaces (Ra 3.2μm or better). Apply break-in procedure: 20 cycles of
full-stroke movement at 10% rated speed before full operation.
