LRM12L2X345S10CH is a complete LRM miniature guide set: a 12 mm wide stainless steel rail, 345 mm long with a 10 mm screw-hole offset, carrying two long recirculating-ball carriages in medium preload C at high accuracy H, bolted down from the top. It arrives assembled and pre-greased with Kyodo Yushi PS No. 2.
Preload C is the stiffest grade offered on LRM: internal ball clearance is fully taken up, giving the least play under reversing loads. The trade-off is a less forgiving installation - mount the rail on a ground or finish-milled surface so the preloaded carriage does not bind, and keep the datum face on the same side where more than one carriage is used.
