The LRM12L2X395S10CHT is a complete miniature linear guide set: one stainless steel rail 12 mm wide and 395 mm long, carrying two long recirculating-ball carriages. The trailing T in the code fixes the rail for bottom-mounting, so the fixings are made through the underside and the top face stays clear.
