Installation note:
Maintain parallel alignment within 0.05mm/m during mounting. Use torque-controlled tightening (0.7-1.2N·m for M3 screws).
Avoid particle contamination during assembly - recommended cleanroom class ISO 14644-1 Class 8 or better.
