Installation note:
Use 0.02mm/m grade reference surface. Tighten mounting screws in diagonal sequence at 1.2N·m torque.
Avoid exposing to chemical vapors or abrasive particles. Perform running-in at 0.5m/s for 50 cycles before full operation.
