Installation guidelines: Mount with lever parallel to actuation direction. Maintain 2-3mm overtravel allowance beyond trigger point. For horizontal mounting, use support bracket (M5x0.8 thread). Lubricate pivot point every 500k cycles with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Critical notes: Avoid lateral forces exceeding 15N on lever arm. Not suitable for explosive atmospheres. Use shock absorber when impact velocity exceeds 0.5m/s. Max allowable misalignment: ±2° from activation plane.
