The MAC25X245SU extends the 25 mm round-body platform to 245 mm while still making 245.3 N forward and 206.1 N return at 0.5 MPa, or 343.4 N and 288.5 N at 0.7 MPa. Both ends carry a variable air cushion, tunable across the 30-800 mm/s speed range.
Under the skin sits a riveted stainless-steel barrel, hard-chrome plated carbon-steel rod and aluminium-alloy covers - a washdown-friendly combination for damp food, chemical and outdoor stations. Sized with margin, about 147 N of the 0.5 MPa force is available for actual work; that same force equates to lifting roughly 12 kg vertically against gravity with a 2:1 safety factor.
