For a fixed flat mounting face with no extra bracket, the U back cover on the MAC25X380SU bolts flush where a pivot would swing. This 25 mm bore, 380 mm stroke mini runs double acting with a variable cushion at each end and turns 0.5 MPa into 245.3 N of push and 206.1 N of pull.
Because the magnet is standard on every piston, CMSG / DMSG / EMSG switches clamp onto the barrel without a special order. Size for about 147 N of working force at 0.5 MPa - that margin keeps the 10 mm rod straight under real loads. The rolled stainless barrel and chrome-plated carbon-steel rod handle humid or lightly washed areas far better than painted cylinders.

Over a 380 mm span the rod is slender, so support the load on its own guideways rather than letting the rod carry side load.
