A flat-ended U back cover gives the MAC25X650SU a clean, flush rear face for clamps and brackets that bolt flat against a plate. Inside, this is AirTAC's 25 mm round-body MAC mini: double acting with a variable air cushion at each end, 650 mm stroke built to order, and 245.3 N push against 206.1 N pull at 0.5 MPa - 343.4 N at 0.7 MPa.
Stainless barrel, aluminium covers, and a 20 um hard-chrome plated rod make the body washdown-tolerant in wet or dusty halls where painted minis pit and seize. For vertical lifts, treat the 245.3 N figure as roughly 25 kg of lift and halve it - plan on about 12 kg - so the actuator never runs near its limit.
