Flat, flush and simple - the U back cover of this 32 mm MAC bolts directly to a machine plate, turning a 35 mm stroke into 402 N of push at 0.5 MPa (345.6 N pulling). Both stroke ends carry an adjustable air cushion, so a fast clamp does not hammer the covers. The body is a riveted stainless tube around a hard-chromed 12 mm rod, built to survive washdown corners where coated minis blister.
Work to about 241 N of push, six tenths of the rated figure, or read it as roughly 41 kg of vertical lift - 20 kg with a two-to-one margin. Sensing is already on board thanks to the standard piston magnet; CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches read end positions with no order-time extras.
