With a flat-end U back cover and a 550 mm made-to-order stroke, the MAC32X550SU turns a compact 32 mm round body into a long-reach pusher. It is double acting with a variable air cushion at both ends: 402 N push and 346 N pull at 0.5 MPa, 563 N at 0.7 MPa. Dividing that 0.5 MPa push by gravity and keeping a 2:1 margin leaves about 20 kg of vertical lifting capacity.
Because the U cover is a plain flat face, it bolts flush to machine plates and slide rails with zero bracketry. The stainless barrel stands up to coolant mist and washdown, 20 um hard-chrome plating protects the 12 mm rod, and the integral magnet feeds CMSG / DMSG / EMSG switches for position feedback along the entire travel.

Long rods need straight guiding: at 550 mm even small side loads bend, so run the load on external slides and load the rod axially.
