Strokes beyond the standard 500 mm ceiling are the whole point of the MAC32X560SCA - AirTAC builds this 560 mm version to order on the 32 mm bore, still delivering 402 N of push at 0.5 MPa from a 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) supply. It stays double acting with a variable air cushion at each end, so the long travel never hammers the covers even at 800 mm/s.
The stainless round barrel resists corrosion along an unprotected span, and the hard-chrome rod plating keeps the sealing surface smooth over the extended stroke. Because 402 N at 0.5 MPa converts to about 41 kg of vertical lift, budget around 20 kg for a 2:1 margin when the cylinder must hoist rather than push. The magnet is built in as standard, so CMSG, DMSG and EMSG switches mount anywhere along the 560 mm travel for mid-stroke positions, and the CA pivot back cover takes a clevis pin for swinging linkages across the long span.

Forcing a 32 mm bore over 560 mm of travel means side-load discipline matters: guide the load on external rails or a gantry, because the 12 mm rod should carry thrust, not bending.
