A long-travel member of AirTAC's riveted round-body MA range, the MARF20X600S drives a 20 mm bore through a 600 mm stroke from an integrated front flange. It runs double acting with variable air cushion at both heads and an air supply of 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi). At 0.5 MPa (73 psi) the rod pushes 157 N and pulls 132 N, rising to 220 N push at 0.7 MPa (102 psi).
The stainless tube and hard-chrome plated 8 mm rod shrug off rinse-down in damp plants where painted minis corrode first. A piston magnet is fitted as standard, so CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches read position with no option code. The 157 N push works out to 16 kgf theoretical lift, so keep real vertical loads to about 8 kg for a 2:1 reserve. Because 600 mm exceeds the 500 mm catalog maximum, this stroke is built to order.
