A round-body stainless mini cylinder, the MARF25X125S works double acting with a variable air cushion at each end and carries its own front-flange bracket rolled into the front cover - no separate mounting flange to buy. At 0.5 MPa (about 72 psi) the 25 mm bore pushes 245.3 N and pulls 206.1 N.
The riveted stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated rod shrug off washdown and damp plant air that swells painted minis, and the piston magnet comes as standard, so CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches clip on out of the box. Step down to a 20 mm MAR bore (157.0 N push at 0.5 MPa) for lighter gates, or up to 32 mm (402.2 N) when the load climbs. A plain MAR does not hold position on air loss - the cushion only softens the stroke ends - so add a rod lock if the gate must stay put. The integrated front flange removes any separate bracket, the piston magnet is already inside, and over 125 mm of stroke keep side load off the 10 mm rod by guiding the tooling externally. Ports are 1/8 inch with a M10x1.25 male rod thread.
