AirTAC built the MARF32X55S as a round-body MA-series mini cylinder: a high-precision stainless barrel with aluminium-alloy covers rolled onto it, driving a 12 mm hard-chrome plated rod. It is double acting with a variable cushion at both ends, and the front-flange bracket (F mount) is already part of the body, so no separate flange or foot is needed. At 0.5 MPa this 32 mm bore pushes 402 N and pulls 346 N, rising to 563 N push at 0.7 MPa.
Unlike painted-steel minis that flake and rust in damp or washdown corners, the stainless tube and chrome rod shrug off mild corrosion, which suits food and outdoor stations. The two-way piston seal also stores grease, cutting relube stops. Plan real work around 241 N - about 60 percent of the 402 N push rating - and the standard built-in magnet accepts CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches out of the box.
