Stroking 230 mm, the MARU32X230S turns 0.5 MPa shop air into 402.2 N of extension force and 345.6 N on retraction through a 32 mm bore. AirTAC rolls the aluminium covers and stainless block onto the barrel, giving a sealed round body that shrugs off condensation and light washdown. Operating window is 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi) at 30-800 mm/s.
For lifting duty, the bore can raise about 41 kg vertically in theory; halve that for margin and it comfortably handles 20 kg parts cycle after cycle. Needle screws at both ends tune the air cushion so a fast 230 mm move never slams the covers, and the integrated up mount bolts straight onto the machine frame.
