The AirTAC MBLC20X15SU is a compact double-acting aluminum mini cylinder engineered for tight spaces. It delivers 157 N of push force and 132 N of pull force at 0.5 MPa. The 15 mm stroke is ideal for very short, precise positioning tasks. Unlike the base MBL, this variant features a screw-adjustable pneumatic cushion at both ends to tame end-of-stroke impact.

The riveted rolling-packed aluminum barrel keeps the body light and compact, fitting where tie-rod cylinders cannot. Inside, a heterogeneous two-way grease-retaining piston seal works alongside a 20-micron hard-chrome-plated carbon-steel rod. The built-in magnet (-S) supports CMSG, DMSG, and EMSG sensor switches for rod position detection.
