At the top of the MF range, this 40 mm bore leaves no larger standard option; if your application only requires 402.2 N of push at 0.5 MPa, step down to the MF32 to save space and air volume. The TC trunnion and CA pivot combination suits pivoting loads, but verify your side-load geometry to prevent rod bending over the 60 mm stroke. The integrated -S magnet enables CMSG, DMSG or EMSG sensors for position detection.
Note that the fixed TPU bumpers only soften end-of-stroke impacts; they do not function as a lock. If air pressure drops or the valve is centred, the piston will drift and drop the load. To maintain vertical position under load loss, install an external rod lock or a pilot-operated check valve.
