With a 300 mm stroke on a 20 mm bore, this MG cylinder reaches deep into guarding and fixtures while staying double acting: air drives the rod out and pulls it back, so there is no spring to rob force. The round SUS304 stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated 8 mm rod shrug off washdown and damp shop air far better than painted aluminium minis, and the riveted body keeps the whole unit slim and light.

At 157 N push (0.5 MPa) this 20 mm bore suits light clamping, ejecting small parts and sensing-type positioning; step down is not possible within MG (20 mm is the smallest), while the 25 mm bore gives 245.3 N and the 32 mm bore 402.2 N if your load grows. The 300 mm stroke is well inside the 500 mm standard range, but a long slender 8 mm rod dislikes side loads - guide the part or add external linear guides if the stroke is not purely axial. This SKU carries no magnet, so CMSG/DMSG/EMSG switches cannot be fitted; order the -S version if you need position sensing. If the load must stay put when air is lost, add a pilot check valve or external rod lock - the bumpers only decelerate.
