With a 25 mm bore pushing about 245 N at 0.5 MPa, the MG25X300 is a double acting JIS round-body mini cylinder with a 300 mm stroke. Its SUS304 stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated rod (20 um) shrug off damp, washdown-prone spots where painted-steel minis corrode, and the riveted covers keep the body compact and light. The front cover carries a fixed anti-impact bumper pad that softens the direction change at each stroke end.
Because the MG follows the JIS mini-cylinder standard, its mounting footprint drops straight into standard JIS brackets and rod knuckles, so spares and redesigns stay simple.
