With a 25 mm bore and a long 360 mm stroke, the MG25X360 is a double acting JIS round-body mini cylinder that pushes with about 245 N at 0.5 MPa (343 N at 0.7 MPa) and retracts with 206 N. Its SUS304 stainless barrel and hard-chrome plated 10 mm rod shrug off damp, washdown-prone spots where painted-steel minis corrode, and the riveted covers keep the body compact. The fixed anti-impact bumper pads at each stroke end soften direction changes - they decelerate only, they are not an adjustable air cushion.
Because the MG follows the JIS mini-cylinder standard, its mounting footprint drops straight onto standard JIS brackets and rod knuckles, so spares and redesigns stay simple. For sizing, plan on roughly 147 N (about 15 kg of vertical lift) as the usable working force at 0.5 MPa rather than the full 245.3 N rating.
